In 1974, Alice kills her husband and dumps his body where it will never be found. She starts a new life with a divorced man named Gerald Uden. When Alice's new husband's ex-wife and two sons start demanding more of him, Alice gives Gerald an ultimatum. Gerald fixes the problem and they live happily ever after or did they?
